Rare Tibetan Kapala Ram Ritual Skull

Antique Tibetan Buddhist Kapala ceremonial ram skull.  The ram's head skull is decorated with silver engraved and red bead. 

Used by Buddhist monks in ceremony to represent the transformation of delusion into perfect wisdom.
